Owner/Cook: Henrietta Eason

From Hilton Head South Carolina, she learned about southern cooking from her mother Sylvia at the age of 6. She too inspired to be a restaurant owner. With her faith and the push from her community she did just that.

 

The way she throws down is like no other. Using measuring cups? No way! Your meal will be handcrafted specially for you!
